VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The webstore reserved the full rights to change any statement and clauses in the case of an explicit written agreement
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
2.1. Online Webstore
The webstore sells prepaid eSIM and SIM cards mobile overseas roaming data service. The customer registers and purchase our eSIM and SIM cards mobile overseas roaming data service in the webstore or App, or via partner channels or selected partners website. The payments are handled by appointed local in-county payment wallets and payment gateway found in the webstore or App and via selected partners’ web payment.
2.2. REGISTRATION FOR ESIM AND SIM CARD MOBILE OVERSEAS ROAMING DATA SERVICES
The customer must accept the General terms and conditions when buying and ordering from the webstore, eSIM or SIM card data package services or esim2Travel App. The client gives directly, or by the intermediary of the service provider (Hotel, Airline, Cruise, Travel, Tour Agency and other related agency), on their web browser/website under https://www.esim2Travel.biz, .net with the following information: First Name, Last Name, Email address and mobile number/WhatsApp or other online chats service.
2.3. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS
The webstore shall use reasonable effort to endeavour and provide Customer quality of service. However, the webstore does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, furnished on due time, location or fault-free.
2.4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILY
In using the SIM card data package and Device or eSIM data package services provided, the Customer must not engage in any action: that is abusive, illegal, or fraudulent; that causes the Device and its Network to be impaired or damaged; when the Customer is in breach of its obligations under this section, the webstore may suspend the Customer’s use of the Service. The webstore will notify the Customer as soon as reasonably practicable of the suspension. During any period of suspension, the Customer shall continue to pay all Charges due under this Agreement in respect of the suspended Services.
2.5. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the device is eSIM compatible and/or network-unlocked. By checking “I have an eSIM compatible and network-unlocked device” for proceeding with the purchase, the customer is held responsible for this information. As device compatibility may depend on the carrier and country of origin, the customer must check the list of eSIM compatible devices provided at the checkout. The eSIM compatibility list is not exhaustive, meaning that there might be newly announced eSIM compatible devices that have not yet been added. On our homepage and help section, we regularly update the list of eSIM supported devices.
START, DURATION, AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
The service contract between the webstore and the customer starts upon completing an order at the website https://www.esim2Travel.biz, .net or via the esim2Travel App to purchase an eSIM overseas roaming data package. The Activation of the eSIM and acknowledgment of the Activation Policy is the Customer’s responsibility. The contract will be terminated immediately in case the customer does not have an active eSIM data package or has deleted the eSIM data package from the device. Once the eSIM data package or data plan which has already been started, it cannot be transferred to another device eSIM or SIM card.
CHARGES AND PAYMENT
4.1. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The payment of webstore services is made by Credit Card and Google Pay. The currency of payment is US Dollars ($), Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), Singapore Dollars (S$), Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), Vietnam Dong (VND), Philippines Peso (PHP) and other add on currency. The payment transaction will be processed and secured appointed local in-county payment wallets and payment gateway found in the webstore or App and via selected partners’ web payment.
4.2. CHARGES FOR USE
4.2.1. The webstore; esim2Travel and App states all Charges inclusive of VAT unless specified otherwise.
4.2.2. The customer shall not be entitled to set off any of its claims and the webstore esim2Travel and App is not liable for any claims from customer. As for Refund (see section 6, REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY)
DELIVERY
The customer will receive a confirmation email after the eSIM data package purchase in the webstore or App. The customer will immediately receive an eSIM QR code via e-mail for activation. All the information for installing the eSIM will be available in the e-mail and on the webstore and other selected partners website
REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY
The customer has the right to ask for a refund or a change if the eSIM data package or SIM card cannot be installed and used, due to a technical problem originating from the webstore. The customer will require to send an email with the screenshots and provide a detail description on activation matter and send it to refundsupport@esim2travel.biz
6.1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
6.1.1. POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
6.1.2. A refund request can be made within seven (7) days from the date of purchase when the activation is no longer possible following extensive troubleshooting by the webstore customer service and technical support.
6.1.3. If the eSIM or SIM card data package is already in use and an issue arises that originates from the webstore that cannot be resolved within a timely manner, a refund can be issued for the remaining data allowance.
6.1.4. Cooperation of the customer to resolve the issue promptly, is extremely necessary as otherwise, the refund may not be granted.
6.1.5. Each roaming data plan and data package has its own validity period. No refunds of any form will be offered for the remaining data allowance when the validity period had expired.
6.1.6. Compensation: No refunds or remuneration of any kind will be issued due to charges from alternate phones, alternate SIM cards and device, unrelated phones or other charges that are not directly linked to the customer of the webstore or App, eSIM data package account. (See section 7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY)
6.1.7. Fraudulent purchases: the webstore admin and support reserve the right to refuse any form of refund if there is any evidence of abuse, violation of our terms and conditions, or any fraudulent activities that are connected when using the webstore and App services.
6.1.7.1. Unauthorized purchases: The case will be subject to thorough investigation and subject to the webstore’s admin approval before processing any refund. The webstore admin reserves the right to suspend any account associated with any form of fraudulent activity.
6.1.8. Accidental purchases: Once customers install the eSIM or SIM card data package and it had activated on the supported network, it will be considered as used as purchased. No refunds of any form will be offered.
6.1.9. Incorrect charges: If the customer reasonably and in good faith disputes an invoice or part of it, the Customer shall notify the webstore of such dispute within 7 days of the purchase and with receipt of the invoice, providing details of why the invoiced amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much the customer considers is due. The decision of any refund after investigation by the webstore’s admin will be undisputed and final. (See section 4.2 CHARGES FOR USE)
6.1.10. If the customer orders an eSIM data package, the customer should check the phone eSIM compatibility first. A refund to the original payment method of 75% of the purchase price can be provided if the phone is not compatible for eSIM or not carrier unlocked.
6.1.11. Other Reasons: If the refund request is not within the clause 6.1.6 to 6.1.10, the webstore admin and support shall investigate the request on a case-by-case basis. If the refund is approved, a processing fee will be applied. The maximum refund of credit apply to the customer must not be more than the amount that they paid for the eSIM or SIM card data package service.
6.1.12 Refund method: We provide refunds in the form of esim2Travel’s credit. This credit can be used for other purchases with a validity of 12 months within the webstore and App.
In the event, that a customer seeks a cash refund rather than esim2Travel’s credit, the following terms shall apply:
6.1.13 Eligibility for Cash Refund:
a. Cash refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the webstore admin.
b. Requests for cash refunds must be made within the period of 7 day of the original purchase or transaction.
Valid Reasons for Cash Refund:
a. Cash refunds may be granted in instances of:
i. Unresolved technical issues or service interruptions that significantly impact the usability of the service.
ii. Material misrepresentation of service features or quality.
iii. Breach of contractual obligations.
Process for Requesting Cash Refund:
a. Customers seeking a cash refund must submit a written request via designated channel, that is to email; refundsupport@esim2Travel.biz.
b. The request must include detailed information regarding the reason for the refund request, including any relevant documentation or evidence (inclusive of screenshots).
c. The webstore admin and support reserve the right to request further information or evidence to substantiate the refund claim.
Evaluation and Approval:
a. All refund requests will be evaluated by the webstore admin within a reasonable timeframe.
b. The webstore admin reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
c. If the refund request is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on the circumstances of the case.
Payment Method for Cash Refund:
a. Cash refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever feasible.
b. If issuance to the original payment method is not possible, alternative payment methods may be utilized, subject to mutual agreement between the webstore support and the customer.
Refund Processing Time:
a. Once approved, cash refunds will be processed within a timeframe of 14 – 30 working days.
b. Any delays in processing would be communicated to the customer in due cause.
Exclusions:
a. Cash refunds will not be provided for:
i. Changes in personal circumstances or preferences.
ii. Usage of service in violation of terms of service or acceptable use policies.
iii. Non-material defects or discrepancies.
Finality of Decision:
a. Decisions regarding cash refunds made by the webstore admin are final and binding.
To request a refund, contact the webstore support team via sending an email to refundsupport@esim2Travel.biz. Please be aware that our refund policy above will apply. Depending on the nature of the issue, customers will be asked for further information to support their refund request such as screenshots of the device settings for technical issues or details of why the invoiced amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much the customer considers is due, etc. (See section 6.1.2 in this same document). Customer will have the option to credit back through their original payment method
Refund to the original method: Once a refund is approved and issued, it can take 14 -30 working days.
6.2. MODIFICATION
The eSIM or SIM card data packages from the webstore; esim2Travel and App are offered “as-is” and no further modifications or customization can be made based on individual requests once purchased.
LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
The webstore; esim2Travel or App is not responsible for detriments arising as a result, that the eSIM or SIM card overseas roaming data service is not or not constantly available. The webstore is not liable and cannot hold warrant and guarantee of network availability of the in-country mobile operator network service which may affect the eSIM or SIM card mobile overseas roaming data service.
