How do I buy an eSIM?

Click the destination country and plan, then “Add to Cart” and you will be directed to the Shopping Cart page. To add more items, navigate back or click on the destination country and plan. At any time, you can click on the cart icon at the top right corner to review your purchase items. Once you are done shopping, proceed to the Checkout page to complete your payment and your purchase will be completed.

How do I receive the eSIM?

The customer will receive a confirmation email after the eSIM data package purchase in the webstore or App. The customer will immediately receive an eSIM QR code via email for activation. All the information for installing the eSIM will be available in the e-mail and on the webstore and other selected partners website

I have a coupon code / promo code. How do I use it?

Just insert the coupon code in the Shopping Cart or Checkout page.

Can I cancel my order after I have made payment?

Unfortunately, cancellation of eSIM order is not allowed once eSIM order is delivered online to you.

How much Mobile Overseas Roaming Data do I need?

An average person consumes 5GB (5000MB) of mobile data in a 10-day period. If travelling overseas for leisure, most of the time will be spent looking at scenery or participating in some form of outdoor activity.

However, unless you are heavy social media users and do many online video sharing, streaming and posting you would require much more mobile data such as our Unlimited mobile data plan.
Mobile data usage will depend if you are on a business trip or holiday, which will require more mobile data usage daily.

Can I return the purchase and get a full refund?

Unfortunately return of eSIM is not allowed once the eSIM is delivered online to you. Please see General term and conditions, section Refund.

I received the wrong eSIM country and package. What should I do?

Please don’t download and don’t activate the eSIM, please send an email to support@esim2Travel.biz and explain your situation. We will respond on the next business day. Please see General terms and conditions for more details.

Unusable eSIM & Refunds.

The customer has the right to ask for a refund or exchange of the same product if the eSIM data package or SIM card cannot be installed and used, due to a technical problem originating from the webstore. The customer will require to send an email with the screenshots and provide a detail description on activation matter and send it to refundsupport@esim2travel.biz

I am currently overseas and unable to use eSIM. What should I do?

Please refer to the eSIM activation guide in the email send to you. If you can access our webstore; sim2Travel.biz, it will guide you through the eSIM activation process. Else if you are able to send us an email at support@esim2Travel.biz with your details for us to troubleshoot on the case

If after your assistance and the eSIM is still unusable, will I get a full refund?

A refund request can be made within seven (7) days from the date of purchase when the activation is no longer possible following extensive troubleshooting by the webstore customer service and technical support. The customer will require to send an email with the screenshots and provide a detail description on activation matter and send it to refundsupport@esim2travel.biz

My phone is not compatible with the eSIM and is unable to use it

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the device is eSIM compatible and/or network-unlocked. By checking “I have an eSIM compatible and network-unlocked device” for proceeding with the purchase, the customer is held responsible for this information.

I purchased my Phone overseas with a plan attached. Will I be able to use your eSIM?

How long will it take for my eSIM activation email to arrive?

Please expect to take up to 15 min to receive the email on your eSIM activation. Please note that the delivery email follows the email address, you had key into our webstore. However, within 1 hour after your order you don’t not receive any activation email, please send us a screenshot of your eSIM purchase to support@esim2Travel.biz.
