- You must activate your eSIM or SIM card before you travel by following the instructions on our website. You must also register your personal information with us for verification purposes.
- We will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to provide you with our services.
- You can check your eSIM or SIM card balance and expiry date on our website or by email to our customer service. You can top up your eSIM or SIM card online using our website online payment system. You can also purchase additional eSIM or SIM card services for overseas roaming data service from our website.
- Your eSIM or SIM card will expire after a certain period depending on the product you purchased. You can extend the validity of your eSIM or SIM card by topping up before the expiry date. If you do not top up your eSIM or SIM card before the expiry date, you will lose any remaining balance and services on your eSIM or SIM card.
- We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate any of our products, services, prices, or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. - We offer a 7-day guarantee for unused SIM cards that are returned to us in their original packaging and condition. You must contact us via email; refundsupport@esim2Travel.biz within 7 days of receiving your SIM card and request a refund. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the SIM card. We will process your refund within 14 to 30 business days after we receive your returned SIM or eSIM card.
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may result from the use or misuse of our products and services. You use our products and services at your own risk and discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding our products and services, including but not limited to their quality, performance, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
